Peach Pie

This peach pie is delicious! It is great for a 4th of July cookout or any other summer night. Serve it warm and pair it with some vanilla ice cream or on its own.

Patriotic Fruit Pizza

This is an awesome recipe to make if you are in a rush because it takes so little time to make. It requires no oven and is SO SIMPLE to make! This patriotic pizza is fresh, healthy, and colorful too!

Recipe:

You will need:

  • a watermelon
  • blueberries
  • feta cheese
  • fresh mint (optional)*
*Mint would complement the ingredients in this dessert really well, but I didn't have any on hand when making it. This ingredient is completely optional but it will add a pretty touch of color!

Directions:

  1. Cut a disk shaped piece of watermelon (about 1 inch thick).
  2. Cut the watermelon disk into pizza slice shaped pieces.
  3. Add the blueberries and feta cheese in your desired pattern.
  4. Add some fresh mint as a garnish if you want to.
  5. Enjoy!
